150-foot Zip Line at Tree Top Adventure Baguio
June 12, 2019
If you’re feeling a bit adventurous while in Baguio, you can never go wrong in ziplining across a picturesque view of pine trees.
Tree Top Adventure is a perfect adventurous getaway trip in Baguio. Located inside the famous Camp John Hay, the park boasts a spectacular experience while bringing world-class service and safety. Exploring their activities from zip line to tree drop, it’s definitely worth a visit.
We opted for the Outdoor Adventure 2 package which includes Canopy Ride, Trekking, and Superman Ride. Since we’ve already experienced a canopy ride from another park before, we didn’t attempt to try it here. Instead, we added P150 to try their heart-stopping Tree Drop Adventure.
Before paying, you’ll be asked to sit down in their briefing area where a staff will orient you on the do’s and don’ts inside the park. This is a very crucial part of the experience since it notes for everyone’s safety. Kudos to the team!
Since this is a huge park, be ready to walk towards the attractions since they are a bit far from each other. There’s a map provided at the start of the trek. We suggest you wear comfortable/rubber shoes since it can get slippery and muddy when raining.
We first tried their Superman Ride which is in the last part of the park. This zip line adventure will launch you alone or with another rider in a 150 feet high at the top of a ravine. The ride was super safe thanks to their equipment as well as to the staffs who will assist you. It was definitely a thrilling experience. Being nervous is part of the ride but don’t forget to appreciate the beauty of nature when you’re already there!
Before getting to another adventure, we went to the Skywalk area where you can just chill and relax while enjoying the cool weather of Baguio. If you have a fear of heights, then just don’t look down! It is said to be 100 feet above the ground and you will really see the deep ravine below. Nevertheless, you will enjoy yourself with the scenic view of the mountains. Surely an Instagrammable moment!
Saving the best for last, Tree Drop Adventure is not for the faint-hearted. This free fall adventure will conquer your fear of heights! You will be dropped 60 feet off the ledge for just a matter of 2 seconds. A staff will be ready to welcome you below. Don’t worry, this is completely safe. Getting at the top and looking below will definitely shake your feet off. But for the sake of experiencing what it’s like falling (although I know you’ve experienced this already… to a person), then it’s really a must-try. It’s true that it’s scary at first but when you get your self ready, it’s just now or never. Shout all you want!
Tree Top Adventure is surely an ultimate extreme adventure of Baguio. Aside from their safe equipments, the staffs are very accommodating and helpful. They’ll assure you that everyone’s safety is their priority. Make sure to enjoy the adventure!

2. Commute by riding a jeepney bound to Scout Barrio. The jeepney terminal is found at Burnham Park just beside Igorot Park. Ask the driver to drop you off at Camp John Hay. From there, you will walk for 10–20 minutes going to Tree Top. Costs P20 roundtrip, I suggest you go by taxi then!
